The Kuwaiti newspapers, issued Monday, were occupied with the visit of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
The headlines of newspapers welcomed Sisi.
El Nabaa newspaper said that Sisi's visit, which came amid disturbed conditions prevailing in the Arab world, asserted to all the Arabs and the Kuwaiti people that Egypt has a pioneering role in supporting the region's stability and security.
It further underscored that Egypt used to send educational and medical missions to Kuwait, thus, generations of the Kuwaiti people were educated and cured by Egyptians.
In As Siassa newspaper, Ahmed al Jarallah said that the Kuwaiti people welcomed Sisi and this represents appreciation to the choice of the Egyptian nation which chose Sisi as a president to overcome terrorism.
"In June 30, the Egyptians revolted against the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood, while the army, which you belong to, supported the nation in its revolution," Jarallah reiterated.
The writer highlighted also that Sisi has been supervising great national projects which fulfill the aspirations of the Egyptian people.
