Tunisia – Azhar al-Jarboui

The Editor in Chief of popular Tunisian children's magazine "Qawz Quzah" (Rainbow) said he is ready to resign for publishing an article on how to make a petrol bomb. Monji Chebbi told Arabstoday he admits he committed a serious "professional mistake" and added: "I take full responsibility for the article. It was an unintentional mistake due to last minute pressures in the magazine. I did not have enough time to review the article, which I copied from an online encyclopedia. I will resign if necessary." The article was titled "Molotov Cocktail" and was published in the September 2012 edition. It explained how to make the bomb, gave detailed information about its history, and featured photographs. Chebbi said he is very stressed, specially after testifying to the judicial police and he is set to present himself to prosecutors in Tunisia on Thursday. The Ministry for Women and Family Affairs said they would file a public lawsuit against the magazine. They considered the article dangerous for children because of their curious nature and their love to experiment with new things. Siham Badi, Minsiter of Women and Family Affairs,  said that the Ministry is currently establishing the first independent body for children’s rights which allows the children to file lawsuits against any violation to their rights. Qawz Quzah magazine is one of the most famous and widely spread children's magazines in Tunisia.
