- Deputy King hails deep-rooted historic relations binding the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United States of America.
-Chaired by the Deputy King, the Executive Committee discussed corporate and government governance.
- The BDF Commander-in-Chief received Chief of US Naval Operations.
-Kingdom of Bahrain condemns the terrorist attack which hit the Al-Arish city in Egypt and St. Petersburg in Egypt.
- London-based Al-Hayat newspaper hails the UK decision to blacklist terrorist groups hostile to Bahrain.
-Education Minister takes part in pan-Arab meeting for higher education and scientific research.
-Industry, Commerce and Tourism Minister hails bilateral relations with Sudan.
-The revocation of the nationality of two convicted members of terrorist “Islamic Al-Wafa” movement upheld.
-80,000 youngsters took part in the events lined up by youth centres during 2017.
-The efforts of the Arab Parliament to confront the Iranian interference in Arab countries’ affairs commended.
- Saudi King meets the Kuwaiti defence minister and discussed bilateral relations.
-Arab foreign ministers to meet in Jordan on January 6 to discuss the issue of Al-Quds.
-US Secretary of State vows to “maintain the pressure” on North Korea.
-International Alliance: 1000 Daesh fighters in Syria and Iraq.
