Chairman and Director General of Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) Sheikh Mubarak Al-Duaij Al-Ibrahim Al-Sabah inaugurated here on Monday the new headquarters of the agency's office in the UAE capital.
Sheikh Mubarak confirmed in a statement on this occasion keenness of (KUNA) on the development of its news and media performance in order to serve the overall strategy for the State of Kuwait in this field through the comprehensive modernization of the agency's technical and administrative levels.
He added that the new headquarters of the agency's office in Abu Dhabi is equipped with the latest equipment and technological tools that facilitate the task of workers and contribute to the development of their productivity, pointing to the importance of the permanent development of the Agency's work inside and outside Kuwait to achieve the sought competitive media.
Sheikh Mubarak stressed the importance of the role played by the agency's offices outside Kuwait in the follow-up of events and activities in various countries around the world, particularly with regard to the State of Kuwait. (end) asa.tg
