Lisbon - Arabstoday

Ginx TV has signed an agreement with ZON for distribution of its 24/7 video gaming TV channel to cable and IPTV homes in Portugal. Ginx, the world’s only international channel dedicated to video-gaming and video-gaming culture, is growing its footprint around the world and is fully localised in 18 territories and 9 languages. The fast growing international channel focuses on all forms of video-gaming, ranging from console and PC games to mobile games and apps. It will initially be launched as part of ZON’s Extended Digital Cable pack, with further distribution to follow. ZON is the leading pay-TV provider in Portugal, with 1.6 million customers; the leading provider of next generation broadband and cinema distribution and exhibition, being also the only operator of fixed telephony to grow.
