The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance has recently organized a qualification course for 40 teachers from Islamic centers at Grand Mosque of Lyon in France. On this occasion, the Ministry's Attaché at Saudi Embassy in Paris Abdullah bin Ibrahim Al-Faleh has commended the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its efforts in the service of Islam and Muslims all over the world, care for the Two Holy Mosques, propagation of the Holy Quran, and call for moderate Islam. It is noteworthy that the Grand Mosque of Lyon was built at the expense of the Late King Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (May Allah bless his soul), at a cost of 30 million French Francs and was opened in 1994.
