Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi honoured 30 Secondary-School graduates with the best cumulative average, in the presence of undersecretaries, assistant-undersecretaries, officials, heads of educational areas, school principals and parents. In a statement during the ceremony hosted by the Ministry of Education, Dr. Al-Nuaimi asserted that the wise leadership’s constant support for the educational march has enable the ministry to go ahead with the implementation of the series of education development projects stemming from the national initiatives to develop education and training. He added that the Education Ministry’s support for outstanding students is in line with the wise leadership’s directives to provide scholarships for them in order to be able to continue their excellent achievements during their university studies and raise the kingdom’s banners in all scientific fields. The Minister also congratulated the honourees and their parents on their honourable achievements, noting that such outstanding is a source of pride not only for students and their parents, but also for the ministry’s officials and those in charge of the educational process. On their part, the outstanding students extended sincere thanks to the Education Minister and the ministry’s officials for their kind gesture to honour top achievers and provide them with scholarships.
