Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi hosted his Ramadan Majlis, in the presence of ministers, the UAE Energy Minister Eng. Suheil bin Mohammed Al-Mazroue, Shura members, MPs, senior officials, members of the diplomatic corps, businessmen, members of political associations, media figures and citizens. Dr. Al-Nuami said that the numerical culture strategy will be implemented at the primary schools during the next academic year, as part of the Ministry’s development projects. He explained that the implementation of the new strategy is a result of the study conducted on the results attained by Bahraini students at the Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS), which is an international assessment of the mathematics and science knowledge of 4th and 8th grader) students around the world. He noted that during the previous school years, principals and mathematics teachers at primary schools were trained to implement the new project.
