The Global Education Show 2012 will be launched at Tatmadaw Hall in Myanmar's Yangon this month, according to the education circle Tuesday. The Global Education Show 2012, organized by IESM, is scheduled to take place from March 23 to 25, the sources said. The show is aimed at contributing to education guidelines of Myanmar, uplifting learning opportunity, quality and health sectors and penetrating into people with education and health services on a wider scale. The exhibition offers youth a chance for queries to pursue their education at different universities. In February, the Singapore Education Road Show 2012, the first of its kind, included universities which cover courses on engineering, computer, management and statistics, economic, information and technology, media, design, film, art, music, medical, hotel and tourism. Meanwhile, the government has stressed investment in education sector which is the best guarantee and most valuable for future nation. Aimed at exploring partnership with Singapore education authorities, Myanmar's Education Minister Dr. Mya Aye recently toured a number of schools, technical and tertiary education institutions in Singapore, namely Institute of Technical Education College East, Tanjong Katong Secondary School and Nanyang Technological University.
