Higher Education's Secretariat organized a forum to meet with partners and relevant bodies to scientific research in sectors of higher education, business and industry, in the presence of 60 participants from various government and private sectors.Higher Education Council's Secretary-General Dr. Riadh Hamza, in his speech, said the forum aims to narrow the gap between higher education and labour sector, in order to meet the needs of the labour market and to build a strong economy, and stressed strengthening relations with the business sector in order to create a suitable environment for innovation.He added a steering committee will be formed in collaboration with the industrial sector to bridge the gap between labour and higher education, through curriculum development, in addition to establish a clear relationship with business owners to create a generation able to keep pace with economic development in line with the Economic Vision 2030.
