Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei urged Iranian students studying abroad to acquire knowledge in a diligent way and at the same time elaborate on and delineate the stances of the Islamic Republic. The Leader made the remarks in a meeting Monday with members of the Islamic Associations Union of Iranian students studying in Europe. As for acquisition of knowledge, Ayatollah Khamenei said the pre-revolutionary era was faltering in absence of a scientific and spiritual grandeur that eventually led the country to fall dependent to the aliens, the Supreme Leader's website said. "The nation found confidence in itself however and left a spiritual cage to solve the country's problems following the victory of the Islamic Revolution and due to the ineffable spirit of Imam Khomeini in relying on God and heeding the nation," the Leader said. As for delineation of Iran's stance, Ayatollah Khamenei said the Islamic Iran has made impressive accomplishments in its encounter with the World Arrogance as well as its complicated, huge economic and propaganda network.
