Students across the nation went to their schools as normal on the second school day except for students in North Sinai and Giza's Kerdasa due to unstable security conditions there. The education ministry said the study went normal in 47,136 schools across the nation. In a report, the ministry noted some minor incidents have marred the study at some schools in Cairo, Giza and Monifiya. Giza Governor Ali Abdel Rahman has decided to postpone the start of the school year at the schools in Kerdasa, Bani Megadwal and Nahya for a week due to the security conditions. In North Sinai, the study was postponed a week also
