Sheikh Nasser congratulated Kuwait emir on academic honours

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Sunday sent a congratulatory cable to His Highness Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammed Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah on the occasion of the latter being handed two academic accolades from Italy. His Highness Sheikh Nasser was awarded an honorary PhD from the Sapienza University of Rome and the Seal of Sigillum Magnum from the University of Bologna. In an Amiri Diwan statement, His Highness the Amir said that the honours were given in appreciation of Sheikh Nasser's generous efforts and are an honour to the people of Kuwait as a whole. He also wished Sheikh Nasser success in representing his nation academically in the best manner on the region and international scales.
