The students at an Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation's (ENEC) workshop were delighted when they produced electricity through hand powered generators. This came during the Abu Dhabi Science Festival (ADSF) 2013, which is organized by the Abu Dhabi Technology Development Committee (TDC) and will be showcasing the latest and greatest offerings from the world's leading science and technology providers from 14 - 23 November. Fascinated participants identified natural and manmade resources as renewable and non-renewable sources of energy and delved into the science discovering how radioactive particles are all around us.
