A waiter admitted in court on Sunday that he enlarged his breasts, posted his photos on Facebook and encouraged men to have sex with him for Dh1,000 a night. Prosecutors accused the 30-year-old Filipino of cross-dressing, before an undercover policeman arrested him for posing as a male prostitute during a sting operation. "Yes I am guilty as charged," M.J. said when he appeared before the Dubai Court of First Instance on Sunday. Presiding Judge Al Saeed Mohammad Barghout will pass a verdict on April 24. According to the charge sheet, prosecutors said the waiter worked as a male prostitute, misused the internet by posting indecent photos of himself so he could entice men to have sex with him. He was also charged with cross-dressing. An Emirati policeman testified that an informant alerted them. The policeman said police arranged an appointment between the defendant and the informant. "The informant met M.J. in a hotel in Naif. Police raided the hotel's lobby and arrested the defendant while he was going up to the room for the purpose of the deal. He took out from a women's purse the money which he collected from the informant. The suspect looked like a woman" the policeman claimed. According to "Gulfnews" An Iranian policeman testified that the suspect posed as a male prostitute at nightclubs as well. A Dubai Police forensic doctor, who examined the defendant, reported that M.J. is a male and had enlarged his breasts using special injections. Prosecution records showed that the defendant had not had recent intercourse when he was detained. The Criminal Evidence's report mentioned that the suspect's mobile phone contained naked and indecent photos of him as well as text messages inviting men for sex.
