His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received at the Gudaibiya Palace today a number of Thai Muslim students who finished their higher studies in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
HRH Premier congratulated the students on completing their high studies, affirming the government’s support for cooperation in the field of education with friendly countries, including Thailand, given the solid ties bonding the two kingdoms.
He said that the Thai students’ study in the Bahraini universities is the result of the on-going bilateral cooperation and agreements signed by the countries in this regard.
The students who finished their studies in various engineering specialties extended sincere thanks and appreciation to HRH the Prime Minister for the government’s support and keenness to provide a positive learning environment, which, they said, had encouraged them to join the University of Bahrain (UoB).
They described the UoB as a landmark educational monument that reflects the advanced education levels in Bahrain achieved thanks to HRH Premier’s constant care.
