Park accepts resignation of education secretary

South Korean President Park Geun-hye has accepted the resignation of the senior presidential secretary for education, her office said Saturday.
Cheong Wa Dae, however, did not provide the reason why Song Kwang-yong has offered to resign, saying only that he wanted to get back to a university.
