Construct a primary school in Nepal
Dubai - WAM

As part of Volunteer Globally 2014, a group of 16 volunteers from the U.A.E. led by Tarek Al Gurg, CEO of Dubai Cares, recently undertook a week-long mission to construct a primary school in the village of Barkamuda in Nepal. The school is set to directly benefit 150 children and indirectly benefit 1,000 officials and teachers in the village. The team undertook activities such as digging, making bricks, carrying water and tying rebar. The team left from Dubai on November 8.
