The Armed Forces College of Medicine (AFCM) signed a cooperation protocol with UAE's Ras al Khaimah Medical and Health Sciences University on medical education.
The move comes within the framework of the efforts exerted to upgrade the educational system and establishing medical cadres at the AFCM in cooperation with the largest medical institutions and universities.
The protocol includes developing medical education, dispatching training missions and exchanging visits among students and teaching staff, military spokesman Colonel Tamer el Refaei said in a Tuesday statement.
The spokesman added that the protocol includes cooperation on scientific competitions, organizing joint conferences as well as exchanging library and scientific research materials.
