The Eskisehir Osmangazi University (ESOGU) and the Kyrgyz Turkish Manas University (KTMU) signed a protocol on Wednesday. A written statement by ESOGU said that both universities signed a protocol about mutual cooperation in Kyrgyzstan's capital Bishkek. The rectors of both universities, Hasan Gonen of ESOGU and Sebahattin Balci of KTMU also signed the Mevlana Exchange Protocol which includes the exchange of students and instructors in 29 different fields.
