TAV Macedonia and Skopje-based private FON University signed Monday an agreement on cooperation within the academic campaign 'Knowledge Factory'. "The airline business is highly profitable and largely dependant on human factor. TAV Macedonia has special human resources department that has constantly use the know-how of universities. We urge students to concentrate on the so-called leadership model, namely to keep learning both during their studies and practical activity," TAV Macedonia Director Zoran Krstevski said at the signing ceremony. FON University General Manager Sefer Canoski said the 'Knowledge Factory' offered room to students to apply their theoretical knowledge in practice. Last month several companies and daily 'Dnevnik' also joined the FON University's campaign.
