The fitness brand will be bringing a host of its internationally qualified female personal trainers to train women in the Kingdom, and will offer some of its most sought-after classes, including BodyPump, Zumba and RPM and exclusive innovations, such as 6D and MYZONE. Women can also benefit from using other Fitness First ladies-only clubs in other countries when they travel.
Fitness First ladies-only gyms have won multiple awards in the region and have been rated “Best Ladies Only Facility in the UAE.” It has a network of successful ladies-only facilities across the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Jordan and Kuwait.
Fitness First is opening its doors to the female community within the Kingdom to help educate them on the importance of a healthy, active lifestyle.
