Israeli forces detained Wednesday a Palestinian woman upon her departure of al Aqsa Mosque.
Meanwhile, extremist settlers - escorted by Israeli forces - broke into the holy shrine in provocative tours.
On Tuesday, Israeli forces attacked female worshipers at al Aqsa Mosque who tried to prevent extremist Israeli settlers from storming into the holy shrine.
Local sources said policemen beat women prompting worshipers and Aqsa guards to intervene and clash with the occupation forces.
Al Aqsa Mosque is attacked almost daily by Israeli settlers and policemen in attempt to fully control the Islamic shrine.
