Dubai - Arab Today

Jameela bint Salem Al Muhairi, Minister of State for Public Education, and Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi, Minister of State for Federal National Council Affairs, have visited the Arab Youth Projects Market, where they were received by Shamma bint Sohail Faris AlMazrui, Minister of State for Youth Affairs.

Al Muhairi and Al Kaabi witnessed the activities in the market, which was organised by the Arab Youth Centre and held between 3rd and 5th October at the Emirates Towers in Dubai, as the first gathering of Emirati youth who are involved in emerging technological and digital projects.

The visit included a tour of the Arab Youth Centre and a meeting with its work team. The two ministers also reviewed the centre’s major projects, including the launch of the Arab Youth Opportunities Platform, the Arab Youth Media Initiative, as well as youth sessions and diverse interactive projects.

They also learned about the exhibition space while praising the level of the exhibited projects and the successes of the involved youth, as well as their creative spirit that encourages them to achieve more.

The market houses over 100 emerging digital technology companies founded by the nation’s youth to serve the country’s future needs in all areas, including in the areas of health, digital education, the internet, virtual reality, information technology, consumer services, electronic consultative services and other areas.

The Arab Youth Projects Market is a major platform for the country’s youth to demonstrate their ideas, research and successes, which are exceptional for offering innovative solutions to face future challenges.
