Authorities in Kyrgyzstan said Monday they have arrested a man accused of killing his girlfriend and cutting her body into 28 pieces. The suspect, who police said is a drug addict, allegedly killed his 24-year-old girlfriend after the two got into an argument, RIA Novosti reported. "Multiple body parts of a young woman were found in a Dumpster on Panfilova Street over the weekend by passers-by who called the police," a Bishkek police media representative said. The victim was cut into 28 pieces, most of which were found in the trash container, but her head was found in the suspect's basement. Police also found pieces of fried meat in the suspect's apartment, which were collected to be sent to a lab to determine if he also ate parts of the victim.
