A Utah woman allegedly arranged for men to rape her daughter and then pay her utility bills, police said. The Iron County woman, whose name has not been released, has been charged with two counts of rape, The Salt Lake Tribune reported. Her 13-year-old daughter was raped by several men, court documents state. "It has been suggested that as long as the male perpetrator was willing to assist with the payment of utilities, he was allowed to share a bedroom with the 13-year-old female," the documents state. The mother also allegedly provided condoms, the Tribune reported. She is set to be in court on Dec. 4.
