Her Royal Highness, Princess Sabeeka Bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Wife of HM the King and Chairperson of the Supreme Council for Women met today with Bahraini women leaders in decision-making, and executive positions in the government sector and official institutions.HRH Princess Sabeeka stressed that Kingdom of Bahrain is full of female leadership and efficiencies.HRH Princess Sabeeka highlighted Bahraini women who participated in the various sectors and attained many competencies that support the national development’s march. She also asserted that the achievements accomplished in the leadership area is a direct result of HM King Hamad bin Isa’s contentment that women are a genuine component of the renaissance march of Bahrain.HRH Princess Sabeeka hailed the great concern and keenness of HM the King for women and its impact on the direct effect of achieving such good results for the Bahraini women.During the meeting, HRH Princess Sabeeka said that Kingdom of Bahrain is proud of the leadership position attained by women, highlighting the openness of the Bahraini society and its embracing of the progress’ march of the Bahraini women. She said "Women today are progressing and developing in line with the female educational reality in Bahrain."HRH Princess Sabeeka pointed out that the programmes and plans of the Supreme Council for Women are directed to the continuity of Bahraini Women’s presence in the various work locations, of which are enhanced by the national model of integrating Bahraini Women’s needs.HRH Princess Sabeeka appreciated the efforts of the government chaired by HRH the Prime Minister, and the support of HRH the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier through support in line with implementation of the recommendations of the National Committee for Integrating Women’s needs in development.During the meeting, HRH Princess Sabeeka announced that Bahraini Women’s Day for 2014 will address women’s achievements in the military work area, highlighting their valuable contributions and outstanding performance.For their part, the attendees praised the kind care of HRH Princess Sabeeka, valuing the Royal confidence of appointing them in such leadership positions, which reinforce the unlimited support of HM the King and his serious steps to strengthen the national reforms, and his confidence in the efficiencies and capabilities of the Bahraini women.The attendees asserted that the pioneering role of HRH Princess Sabeeka and her great efforts to care for the progress of Bahraini women were one of the most important encouraging initiatives to highlight the achievements of the Bahraini women at all fields.
