Belarus amb confers with com. minister on bolstering IT cooperation

Belarus Ambassador in Cairo Sergei Rachkov said he discussed with Communication and Information Technology Minister Yasser el Qadi means of bolstering joint cooperation in the field of communication and information technology, especially hi-tech equipment and exchange of expertise in the digital economy.
In statements to MENA, the ambassadr said talks also covered cooperation in the cyber security as the Egyptian minister is leading the High Council for Cyber-Security (HCCS).
The two sides also agreed on preparing a number of joint agreements in the fields of communication and information technology, training of technology experts as well as organization of a technology fair for the Belarus companies in Cairo.
