Corporate Marketing and Relations Department of Dubai Municipality has started a public survey to evaluate all communication channels of the civic body and its e-services rendered for the public by different departments. Mohamed Al Noori, Director of Corporate Marketing and Relations Department said the move is aimed at enhancing the overall services and communication of Dubai Municipality with the community members in tune with the international best practices in the field of government services. "The civic body is always keen to improve its services and communicate with the society through different channels such as the social media, traditional media, online portals and its newly updated App iDubai," Al Noori said. "We also expect the public who are the beneficiaries of its diversified services and initiatives to express their genuine opinion through different channels of communication. They can put their comments on DM's official FB page, twitter or participate in the online survey on the homepage of DM web portal www.dm.gov.ae," he explained. He also extended sincere thanks to the wise leadership of Dubai Government for encouraging the government department to be as smart as possible to achieve its noble vision to be the smartest government in the world.
