Al Hilal Bank has announced the launch of the Ruwwad Al Hilal programme, a 36-week development programme targeting UAE graduates holding Bachelor Degrees in majors such as Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business and IT.
Commenting on the launch of the programme, Alex Coelho, CEO of Al Hilal Bank, said, "As a National UAE Bank, our primary investment is in our people, and what better investment can we offer than education? Our hands-on training programme covers areas of Risk and Credit, Finance, Products, Business and Digital Banking, promising a well-rounded education that not only improves professional competencies, but also develops career prospects. We want to develop a school of true Bankers based on the philosophy of a "partner’s mindset".
Husam Mansour, Managing Director and Head of Human Resources of Al Hilal Bank, said, "To encourage and develop Emirati youth, as part of our Emiratisation strategy, we developed this modern training programme for distinguished Emirati graduates. Through Ruwwad Al Hilal, the bank will provide Emirati youths with unique job opportunities. We are confident in the success of this programme, which forms part of our talent development strategy to attract graduates from elite universities. The programme will empower young graduates and give them a head start in their careers by exposing them to modern and innovative Islamic Banking."
The programme promises on-the-job development, technical development, leadership development and job placement in the trained business field upon completion
