Emirates Islamic Bank today announced plans to open a raft of new branches across the country by the end of 2014, as part of its expansion strategy to reach its customers regardless of their location. With the inauguration of the new branches, Emirates Islamic Bank's overall branch network in the UAE reaches 66. According to information from the bank, they plan to open nine new branches in various parts of Dubai, as well as four branches in each of Abu Dhabi and Sharjah and a branch in Al Ain and Ras Al Khaimah. The first branch opening takes place in the busy business and residential district of Baniyas in Deira, Dubai later this month. "We are highly delighted to announce our enhanced expansion strategy. This reinforces our commitment to broaden our presence throughout the country.
