Eskan Bank, Gluttons sign management agreement

Eskan Bank in its capacity as investment manager of the Bahrain Property Trust (Musharaka) has recently signed a management agreement with Gluttons i.e. property consultants and real estate management company.
According to the agreement, Gluttons assumes the leasing, management and marketing of 36 units, 42 commercial shops, showrooms on a space of 5,636 square metres on two buildings at "Danat Al-Madina" project.
The company agreed to manage the public and green spaces and the maintenance of 15 multi-layered buildings, offices, shops and 324 residential flats as part of the Bank's keenness to manage its investments in the most perfect manner.
