The National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD), upgraded its Business Continuity Centre which is equipped to allow the Bank to continue its operations and support clients in case of emergencies. NBAD's new business continuity center enables the Bank's employees to continue their functions. The facility serves as the focal center of the Bank's other disaster recovery facilities across the country. Michael Tomalin, the Group Chief Executive of NBAD, Abdulla M.S. AbdulRaheem, Deputy Group Chief Executive, Abhijit Choudhury, the Group Chief Risk Officer, Mahmood Al Aradi, Senior General Manager of NBAD's Global Financial Markets, Khalaf Sultan Bin Rashed Al Dhaheri, Group Chief Operating Officer, Abdulla Bin Khalaf Al Otaiba, Senior General Manager of the Domestic Banking Division, and other senior executives of the bank attended the inauguration. "NBAD business continuity centre confirms our commitment to plan and implement strategies to remain a resilient institution for all stakeholders," said Abhijit Choudhury, the Group Chief Risk Officer of NBAD. "Ensuring NBAD's business continuity preparedness has been entrusted to steering committees that analysed, scrutinised, and incorporated all crucial details," said Dr. Lamees Abdul Majeed Al Qaisi, the Group Head of Business Continuity Management at NBAD.
