Central Bank Governor Erdem Basci said that they predicted the inflation rate for 2013 to be between 3.9-6.7% with 5.3% midpoint. We also predict the inflation rate will be between 3.1-6.7% with a midpoint of 4.9% in 2014, added Basci who held a press conference on Tuesday and relayed by Anatolia news agency today. Basci said that they expected core inflation to stay under five percent by the end of 2013. Basci noted that the highest risk in 2013 would be economy policies risk which was generally seen in developed countries.
