Kuwait crude price up 12 cents to $106.14

The Price of Kuwaiti crude oil was up 12 cents reaching USD 106.14 per barrel (pb) on Thursday compared to USD 105.93 pb the day before, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) said Friday. Global markets witnessed stability due to positive signs of the US ability to overcome the budget crisis and the debt ceiling after an announcement made by US President Barack Obama, to open up dialogue with the Republican Party on these issues.
