Adnoc Distribution and Emirates General Petroleum Corporation (Emarat) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) under which the former will take over 74 Emarat’s service stations in the emirates of Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah after studying the location of stations in each emirate. The signing was attended by Dr Obaid Humaid Al Tayer, Minister of State for Financial Affairs and Emarat’s Chairman and Abdullah Nasser Al Suwaidi, Adnoc Director General and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Adnoc Distribution in addition to a number of officials. The MoU was signed by Abdulla Salem Al Dhaheri, General Manager Adnoc Distribution, and Adel Khalifa Al Shaer, Acting General Manager of Emarat. It aims at developing and strengthening co-operation between them in addition to providing the best services for road users and service station clients.
