Rouhani made the remarks in a meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's special envoy Masahiko Kumura in Tehran last Sunday, where he expressed the hope that the meeting would be the beginning of a constructive move in boosting bilateral relations between the two countries especially in economic sector. New administration is determined to expand relations with all the friendly countries, Rouhani said.   During the meeting the president announced that all the international issues including Iran’s nuclear issue should be resolved in the framework of international regulations adding Tehran is fully committed to its international obligations including NPT treaty. He also said that all Iran’s nuclear activities were under the supervision of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). Rouhani went on to say that Iran’s nuclear activities are peaceful and will remain so in the future.
