Price of Kuwaiti crude oil was stable at USD 38.90 per barrel (pb) on Wednesday, same as it did the day before, said the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) on Thursday.
Despite the ongoing price downturn trend in international oil markets, future contracts bounced back yesterday after hitting its lowest rate in six years the day before.
The price of Brent crude for February delivery came to USD to USD 44.69 pb, a 4.5-percent increase.
The price of the light American crude for February delivery also went up by USD 2.59 to USD 48.48.
