New rule limits gas emissions to begin on July 1 in Mexico

The Mexican Government announced on June 7 a new rule that hardens the permited limits of gas emissions from vehicles and establishes mandatory inspection in six states of the center of the country in order to combat air pollution in the Metropolitan Area of Mexico. Environment Minister Rafael Pacchiano said that the new rule will begin on July 1
