OPEC crude basket price rises 74 cents

OPEC's daily basket price raised 74 cents last Friday and stood at USD 106.62 a barrel compared with USD 105.88 pb the previous day, Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) said. The OPEC bulletin estimates that average basket price for last February at USD 109.28 per barrel, an indication of the basket price reaching since the start of this year until the weekend, USD 106.72 The new OPEC Reference Basket of Crudes (ORB) is made up of the following: Saharan Blend (Algeria), Girassol (Angola), Oriente (Ecuador), Iran Heavy (Islamic Republic of Iran), Basra Light (Iraq), Kuwait Export (Kuwait), Es Sider (Libya), Bonny Light (Nigeria), Qatar Marine (Qatar), Arab Light (Saudi Arabia), Murban (UAE) and Merey (Venezual).
