US Oil rises on bigger-than-expected inventories drop

U.S. crude prices rose for a third straight day on Thursday as U.S. crude inventories dropped bigger than expected. Light, sweet crude for December delivery added 85 cents, or 0. 99 percent, to settle at 87.09 dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. But Brent crude for December delivery fell slightly and last traded around 108 dollars a barrel.
