Culture Minister Helmy Namnam on Tuesday discussed with his South Sudanese counterpart Nadia Arop means to boost cultural cooperation between the two countries.
Namnam met with Arop on the sidelines of the inauguration of the 13th edition of the International Khartoum Book Fair which Egypt attends as a guest of honor.
In a statement to MENA following his meeting with Arop, Namnam said that they mulled signing a cultural cooperation protocol in the coming period.
He added that they also discussed means to exchange participation in cultural events taking place in both countries in addition to enhance the presence of South Sudan in Cairo international book fair.
