Egyptian awqaf minister calls for 'Muslim social observatory'
Minister of Awqaf Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa

Awqaf Minister Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa on Friday called for establishing a permanent observatory for monitoring social conditions and changes in Muslim communities.
The observatory will include Muslim scholars and psychological experts, the minster said.
He stressed the importance of boosting the citizenship concept in Muslim communities.
