Kalimat Publishing, an imprint of Kalimat Group, a Sharjah-based Emirati publishing group dedicated to publishing Arabic books, presented the latest offerings from the young Emirati author, Dubai Abulhoul, at a book signing ceremony at the Sharjah International Book Fair, SIBF, on Friday.
The twenty-one-year-old, who published her first book aged just 16, greeted the crowds at the fair, which is taking place at the Expo Centre Sharjah until 11th November, to promote her three books for children, 'Umm Al Subianne’ (The Mother of Two Boys), ‘Qawm Al Dasees’ (The Dasees Family), and ‘Khattaf Rifai’ (The Genie Khattaf Rifai).
"I wrote these titles because of my personal passion for Emirati heritage and my beliefs in helping other children understand its importance. The books published by Kalimat blend authentic heritage with folktales and stories that have been passed down through generations," Abulhoul said.
