Saudi Arabia is taking part in the 36th session of Sharjah International Book Fair at Sharjah Expo Centre, displaying 2,400 books in literature, science, and culture including 290 new titles.
Director of Cultural Affairs at the Saudi Embassy in the UAE, Dr. Mohammed bin Hassan Al-Masoudi, was quoted by the SPA, stressing the keenness of the Kingdom to participate in the most important cultural events in the UAE, pointing out that the Kingdom's pavilion in the exhibition includes a cultural salon for 60 people and is witnessing 25 events on poetry, culture and education for Saudi, Emirati and Arab writers and intellectuals.
