Algerian Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ramtane Lamamra, on Friday held talks with Malian Foreign Minister Abdoulay Diop.
The talks took place in Oslo on the sidelines of the meeting of the African and Nordic foreign ministers, which started yesterday.
The two sides reviewed bilateral relations and ways of promoting and expanding cooperation between the two countries, Algerian state news agency APS reported.
Discussions also touched on issues of the African continent, the situation in Mali and the implementation of the peace and reconciliation agreement signed between the Malian government and the politico-military groups in 2015.
