MP Bahiya Hariri met, at her Majdelioun residence on Friday, with Egyptian Ambassador to Lebanon, Nazih al-Najjari, with whom she discussed the latest developments on the local and regional scenes, in light of the resignation of Prime Minister Saad Hariri.
The pair also dwelt on the bilateral ties between Lebanon and Egypt.
It is to note that the Ambassador did not deliver a statement following the meeting.
Separately, the lawmaker discussed the current security condition in Sidon with Head of the Army Intelligence in the south General Fawzi Hamadi, Internal Security Forces' southern region's chief General Samir Shehade, and Regional Director of the State Security in the south General Nawwaf al-Hassan
