Culture Minister Helmy el Namnam received Wednesday his Sudanese counterpart Sayed Haron Omar here where they discussed means of boosting bilateral cultural exchange.
The meeting took up the executive program between the two countries, which is due to be signed in April.
They tackled establishing cultural centers in both countries and exchanging activities between cultural institutions.
Underlining the depth of cultural ties between the neighboring countries, Namnam described it as a driving force behind cooperation.
Meanwhile, the two sides discussed exchanging know-how and training through organizing workshops and courses in various fields.
