Fayed, Spanish ambassador discuss agricultural cooperation

Agriculture Minister Essam Fayed has discussed with Spanish Ambassador to Egypt Arturo Avello Díez del Corral means of bolstering joint agricultural cooperation.
The meeting took up ways of opening wide vistas for Spanish agricultural investment in Egypt, Fayed said.
Spain's participation in projects of comprehensive and sustainable agricultural development in Sinai, within the framework of the Egyptian government's development plan, was tackled during the meeting as well, the minister added.
Capitalizing on the high-tech greenhouses in the agricultural investment field along with cooperation in the implementation of livestock development projects figured high at the meeting, Fayed noted.
