Kobler meets Qatar Foreign Minister on fringe of Arab Summit

UN envoy to Libya Martin Kobler held a meeting with Qatari Foreign Minister Mohamed bin Abdel Rahman bin Jassem al Thani on the sidelines of the Arab Summit, which will kick start in the Mauritanian capital later Monday.
It was an "excellent" meeting, Kobler tweeted.
Arab leaders are set to meet for the 27th Arab Summit today.
